Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 6 2025

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • We were unable to access the vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Service was not delivered as described due to our error

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice)
  • Missed appointments due to customer unavailability
  • Unsuitable parking conditions or restricted access not disclosed in advance

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Include your booking details and reason for the request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
